- Based on the uniqueness of the product, shipping times may vary and are mentioned in the product description page of each product.
- Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
- Tracking details will be emailed /messaged to you once the product is shipped.

SVARA endeavours to ensure that your experience on our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
Before you return a SVARA product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. Most of our products are handcrafted by artisans across India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. A difference in color, irregular weave, overlapping print or a stitch should not be considered a defect. Handmade by definition is charming because of its uniqueness.
As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. If you’ve had an incorrect product delivered to you (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation), if you find that you’ve made an error with size (for clothing), or if the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we will be happy to exchange your product for a replacement, through store credit.
Only clothing can be exchanged (within 7 days). Other products cannot be exchanged for reasons other than the above. If you’ve received a defective product, we will be happy to, following a quality check, offer you a refund which will be processed in 10 working days.
To return or exchange a product or report any damages in transit please get in touch with our customer care within 48 hours of delivery at +91-7680017744 from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and an image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. Our customer care team will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours. We typically make a reverse pick-up within 2-3 days. For exchanges, the value of store credit will be net of reverse pick up charges. In the rare case of a quality/manufacturing defect in our product, a refund would be processed after deducting shipping, reverse pick-up and/or COD charges as per actuals.
Given the nature of our products, we reserve sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case. We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
Cancellation requests or order changes shall be accepted within 24 hours of placing an order
